Running

A part of Amy's Challenge this week was to go for at least a 20 minute run. I love to run (but it wasn't and isn't always that way), but need to kick it into gear for my first half marathon in August. So, I used the challenge to get in a good run and get back on track for my training.

Here's my proof/stats:

553 calories burned (woot!)
